THE REMI AT NADEAU LOCATION// DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES

The Remi is a Federally funded low income housing project with 61,500 sq.ft floor area that contains 92 unit in 5 story building, It also contain 7,500 sq.ft community center in ground level. Air Plus contracted directly with HA Builders group to provide all the HVAC coordination and installation with delicate coordination with the architects to overcome its challenging required clearance and maintain the uniquely design building facade to achieve the owners requirement.

WHAT AIR PLUS DELIVERED

AIR PLUS contracted directly with HA Builders Group to build and install the HVAC systems using Mitsubishi Electric HVAC equipment. The 92 unit heat pump single zone ducted Mitsubishi system with a 20 ton of VRF system with heat recovery technology for the ground level community center with 63,000 cfm of conditioned air using 102 localized air handlers.

This new construction Architectural Marrakech inspired masterpiece offers lavish Palisades living in one of the most picturesque coastal enclaves. WHAT AIR PLUS DELIVERED

AIR PLUS contracted directly with Metro Capital Builders to design, build and install all the HVAC systems using Mitsubishi Electric equipment. The 8,700 sq.ft house has 14 indoor air handlers in various locations that have carefully been selected with a detail collaboration between the General and mechanical contractor to achieve the mechanical goals and compliment the unique architectural design.
